1. Nature of the Forum
GEF — Global Empowerment Forum (operating at geforum.club) is an international decentralized membership forum and digital education community. Participation in GEF provides members with access to online courses, educational tuition, global networking clubs, group travel programs, skill gaming tournaments, and digital marketplace facilities.
2. Voluntary Digital Peer Allocations
All membership activations (including any temporary Prime launch offer) and peer reward distributions represent transparent, automated peer-to-peer allocations executed under mathematical forum protocols. Membership fees are not investments, deposits, or loans. The forum does not offer guaranteed yields, passive dividends, interest rates, or investment returns.
3. Regulatory & Non-Violence Compliance (India, US, Dubai Markets)
GEF strictly adheres to the electronic commerce, consumer protection, and digital asset frameworks of the Republic of India (Information Technology Act 2000), the United States (Consumer Financial Protection and FTC guidelines), and the United Arab Emirates (VARA and TDRA digital transaction frameworks):
- No Pyramid or Ponzi Schemes: All commissions are strictly tied to real platform services, verified course curriculum delivery, and digital community utilities.
- Ethical Non-Violent Communication: All promotional marketing conducted by members across social media must be truthful, non-coercive, and devoid of unrealistic income promises or misleading claims.
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Tax Responsibility: Members are solely responsible for reporting income and fulfilling all applicable local income tax, GST, or VAT obligations in their home jurisdictions.
4. Digital Asset & Crypto Wallet Disclaimer
All transactions utilize connected digital wallets (such as USDT on Binance Smart Chain or TRON). Digital assets are subject to network congestion, blockchain confirmation delays, and fluctuations. Members must secure their private keys and secret recovery phrases. GEF will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, or wallet password.
5. Withdrawal & Auto-Upgrade Formula
Withdrawals require referring a minimum of two (2) active community members. To ensure long-term ecosystem liquidity and continuous member advancement, all withdrawals execute according to the mathematical 50/25/10/10/5 sustainability allocation: 50% Wallet Payout, 25% Auto-Upgrade Reserve, 10% Junior Community Pool, 10% Senior Community Pool, and 5% Platform Maintenance.
6. Platform Modifications & Governance
The GEF Genesis Council reserves the right to implement technical improvements, update smart treasury configurations, and enforce community standards to protect the longevity, security, and integrity of the international forum.
