GEF collects minimal member data necessary for decentralized community participation: public crypto wallet address, member name, email address, and contact mobile number. We do not store sensitive payment card details or private crypto credentials.
Transactions initiated across public blockchain networks (Binance Smart Chain BEP-20) are inherently public and verifiable on external block explorers (BscScan).
Member information is used to authenticate accounts, operate memberships, calculate community rewards, process deposits and withdrawals, prevent duplicate or unauthorized transactions, provide support, maintain transaction records, and comply with applicable legal or security obligations.
To process a withdrawal, GEF records the member account, destination wallet, network, requested amount, allocation breakdown, status, timestamps, and blockchain transaction hash when available. These records support payout verification, account statements, dispute review, community-pool allocation, and duplicate-payment prevention. Information may be shared with infrastructure, blockchain, security, analytics, or support providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service. GEF uses administrative, technical, and access controls intended to protect account data, but no online system or blockchain transaction can be guaranteed completely secure.
Information is retained for as long as reasonably required to operate the account, preserve financial and blockchain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable obligations. Members may request correction of inaccurate profile information or ask questions about their data, subject to records that must be retained or that cannot be altered on a public blockchain.
This policy may be updated when services, technology, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to subsequent use of the platform.
